The Ramak Interest Inventory, together with an occupational choice satisfaction (OCS) inventory, was administered to 158 males and 202 females who had responded to the Ramak seven years before. Results of the study show congruence correlated positively with males' and females' OCS. (Author)

A longitudinal study over a five-month period of changes in several jobs was conducted among 244 employees of a federal agency. Data were obtained on perceptions of job content and a number of job attitudes, and indicated a temporary positive influence of the changes in one set of jobs. (Author)

Clients (N=103) completed the Human Service Scale and were evaluated by counselors by using the Client Outcome Measure. Analyses led to the conclusion that client and counselor perspectives tend to converge at the theoretical level. A critique of this article is presented by English. (Author)

Flooding and systematic desensitization procedures were investigated for possible interactions with subject arousal level on reduction in phobic reactions. No such interaction was found.
