Egginton, Everett – College Student Journal Monograph, 1978
High school juniors and seniors were interviewed to ascertain the effects of participation in the vocational education curricula. A comparison of the attitudes of students participating in vocational education programs and academic programs revealed the former to hold themselves in low esteem and to attach little value to their education. The purpose of this study was to investigate the drug interests of junior high school students utilizing a questionnaire. Results suggest that students were most interested in the topic of illicit drugs and indicated less interest in the topics of commercial, over the counter, herbal, and prescription drugs. (Author)
