In the study, 23 behaviorally disturbed children (7 to 16 years old) as well as their parents were asked to complete a behavioral description form. Of 52 items on the questionnaire, a significant level of agreement was found on only seven items, suggesting that parent and child perceive the child's behavior differently. (Author/SB)

Examined the relationship between an attitudinal and a behavioral measure of sex-preference for offspring. Contrary to prediction, androgynous and nonandrogynous persons did not differ significantly on preferred sex of child.
