Students in a coeducational liberal arts college rated faculty on two typical teaching evaluation instruments and on a semantic differential form. Findings suggest that improvement of teacher effectiveness may depend more on changes related to personality factors than on those involving classroom procedures. (Author/BJG)

An attempt was made to develop a form of the Stroop Test which could be used in both group and individual settings and serve as a basic form for interested researchers. Group and individual measures differ only in that the group test does not require a spoken response. (Author/BJG)

Undergraduate students were interviewed to determine their identity states. A distinctive interpersonal style, both toward peers and toward authority was associated with each identity status. Results of these findings for a theory of identity development are discussed. (Author/DEP)
