A study of 14 students in a business administration course shows that peer teaching and peer evaluation may enhance student motivation, satisfaction, and achievement. Results from a survey of faculty members concerning their observations and opinions about the effects of student evaluation of instruction are presented. A job involvement measure adapted to reflect course involvement was unrelated to age, sex, class rank, and tested verbal ability.
