Lorr, Maurice; DeLong, Judith A. – Journal of Clinical Psychology, 1984
Investigated higher-order factors in the Interpersonal Style Inventory in male (N=144) and female (N=173) high school students. Analysis of the 15 scale intercorrelations disclosed five dimensions in each sample. The advantage of higher level factors lies in their greater generality and generally higher predictive validities. Rowe, Anna L.; And Others – Human Resource Development Quarterly, 1995
Nineteen Air Force technicians completed four mental model measures: laddering, component-readiness ratings task, diagramming task, and think-aloud and verbal troubleshooting.
