This article describes the use of doctoral candidates in guidance and counseling as supervisors in the Master's students' practicum. The program has six components: (1) formulation of a model; (2) work with the practicum student; (3) groups; (4) a faculty advisor; (5) a field supervisor; and (6) evaluation. (NG)
