A group of 451 Finnish-speaking undergraduates was examined to study occurrence of articulatory disorders. Distortions of /s/, /r/, /l/, /n/, and /d/ were found. Age and sex were not related to prevalence of disorders. Previous speech therapy tended to correlate with higher frequencies of disorders of /s/ and /r/ sounds. (Author/KM)
