Improving the Sustainable Development of the Personnel Management System in Service Organizations Using the Competency-Based Approach in Education and HRM
Education in the Asia-Pacific Region: Issues, Concerns and Prospects
The scientific research considers the systems of sustainable development of the personnel management mechanism in service companies. The key goal and main objectives of this research are to analyze the existing theory and current practice of improving the efficiency of the service organizations' personnel work on the example of hotel service using contemporary methods of employee evaluation based on coaching and grading. The research also presents the theoretical concepts of the existing management mechanism, in which it is advisable to highlight the main indicators, including the process of forming a service system using a competency-based approach. The authors analyze the currently existing regulatory and methodological materials related to personnel policy in organizations, because of which key areas were identified, and characteristics were determined in the field of building an effective recruitment strategy. Earlier, even in the Soviet management system, the Soviet paradigm of labor management was often used. From this side, the content of this mechanism was included precisely based on an organic approach. Thus, specialists have always been considered the main enterprise's resource.
