Describes an approach to service delivery consisting of three distinct services rendered by a school psychologist. Evaluative measurements of the services were made in two areas: effect of the services on the ongoing operations of the system, and evaluation of the services by school personnel exposed to the services. An ongoing peer counseling program was studied. Results suggested two distinct service delivery systems. An informal system served large numbers of self-referred students and dealt primarily with personal-social problems.
