Decision-making abilities of Minnesota high school seniors enrolled in office procedures, model office, and cooperative office education were compared in pretests and posttests, and improvement on these measures over the year was determined. A series of referential description tasks performed by normal and educationally subnormal children of equivalent mental age is reported, with the subnormal subjects consistently performing much worse than much younger children of normal intelligence.
