Examined the perceived effects of holding a resident assistant position on the lives of former resident assistants (N=59) 5-20 years later. Results showed interpersonal and group skills influenced them more than personal skills; length of time spent as a resident assistant increased the benefits; and females reported more impact. (JAC)

Results of three studies of high school students indicate that advance organizers enhance learning of skills related to solubility product problems.
