A study was conducted to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and performance of vocational agriculture teachers. The teachers were found to be moderately satisfied with their jobs and tended to be relatively more satisfied with intrinsic factors than extrinsic ones. (Author/CT)

Examined the use and validity of Hersey and Blanchard's Situational Leadership Theory. Results supported the validity of the theory.
