Experiences with chemistry and biology journals on 16 mm microfilm in a reading room which serves chemistry faculty and graduate students are reviewed. Surveys in 1971 and 1972 indicate that the users have accepted the microfilm as a satisfactory replacement for hardcopy. (11 references) (Author)
