Covering planning and evaluation of library services, access and delivery systems, personnel, materials, and services and programs, they will subsequently be submitted to ALA for adoption and distribution. The Greenburgh Public Libraries Storytime program for two year olds is described. The role of the parent in the program is discussed, and some suggestions are given for selecting stories and games for a storytime program, as well as a list of book titles that can be used in a program. (JPF)

Two articles describe the University of Michigan Brittle Book Microfilming Project. The first explains the procedures of the program and describes a cost study which determined the average time and cost of processing titles through the program, and identified procedures for revision. Describes hypermedia, which allow the associative retrieval, manipulation, and storage of music, video, text, and graphics. Examples of applications are given, the use of hypermedia with interactive video and with microcomputers is discussed, and their implications for library and information specialists are explored.
