Four factors emerged from the analysis of the OIS and five factors were isolated on the SVIB. This result and the high intercorrelations among the scales within the factors indicate that grouping occupational scales on the OIS is as appropriate as on the SVIB. (Author)

The 135 items from the EPPS were arranged in 5 choice Likert format and presented to 315 subjects. Results suggested reliabile and meaningful measurement of each of four underlying dimensions in the normative form of the EPPS is possible with the four factor analytic scales developed. (Author)
