Undocumented Mexican women workers in Los Angeles were interviewed about their work experience in the United States. Most of them work in factories, not in domestic service. Most earn a salary above minimum wage but below that earned by documented women, and 80 percent believe their treatment at work equals that of other workers. (KH)

Investigated job-seeker preferences for selected job factors in a study of 266 students who rated fictitious job descriptions. Results showed adequate pay was relatively more important than factors related to the type of work. Determinants of a favorable attitude toward retirement were sought in an interview study of 179 top executives, age 55 and over in 13 leading Israeli organizations.
