The IQ and behavior patterns on the Autism Behavior Checklist (ABC) of 25 boys were compared to blood concentrations of platelet rich plasma (PRP) serotonin. Determined the factoral strucuture of the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale-Revised in a clinical sample (N=85) receiving vocational counseling and compared this structure to that reported by Silverstein (1982) for the normative group.
