Results of questionnaires sent to 58 admissions directors indicate: (1) special degree students are initially not differentiated from other applicants; and (2) criteria for effectively evaluating special program applicants, as distinct from standard ones, are necessary. (Editor/PG)

Based on undergraduates' responses to the College Student Satisfaction Questionnaire, the findings appear to give considerable support for viewing educational quality, social life, student living and working conditions, compensation (study pressures), and perhaps recognition as important dimensions of college student satisfaction. A questionnaire measuring attitudes toward grading systems was administered to undergraduate and graduate students and to faculty at a college using a 3-point system. The Honors-Pass-Fail system was more generally preferred. Differences among the groups were discussed and the results supported a dual system of grading. (Authors/JB)

A comparison between a T-Group course and a more traditional human relations course indicated the following findings: the T-Group course showed more here-and-now behavior, more group dynamics and less organizational dynamics content, more involvement, more perceived transfer of learning, and more percieved comfort with feelings.
