The study compared the performance of 35 lower SES black kindergarten children on the WPPSI and the 1972 Norm Edition of the Stanford-Binet. Facilities on other campuses are reviewed with concentration on those aspects applicable to the University of Evansville, and recommendations are made for a facility designed for its campus. Pre-service teachers (N=113) responded to a semantic differential to assess attitudes toward five concepts.
