Two methods for enhancing the job-interviewing skills of rehabilitation clients were studied: the MDC Job Quest Series (Part 3) and group role playing. In a study of changes in the position of workers between 1969 and 1975, results indicate that the economic position of male college graduates as compared to high school graduates, did not decline during this period in terms of relative earnings, but did decline in terms of the relative utilization of educational skills.
