A further understanding of the relationship between self-concept, race, or sex and career maturity was sought. The results indicated that self-concept seems to have differential impact on career maturity, depending on the race and sex of the participant. (Author)

Investigated the development of general attitudes toward work in career transitions of Israeli junior and senior high school students, university students, and vocational and executive trainees. This study sought to analyze the relationship between scores obtained from the Career Maturity Inventory (CMI) and the Occupational Plans Questionnaire (OPQ).
