Measured the relationship between self-concept and college satisfaction among younger and older college students. Used Index of Adjustment and Values, and College Student Questionnaires Part 2. The National University Consortium for Telecommunications in Teaching, the first national effort to provide high quality bachelor's degree programs for Americans who cannot attend college full-time on campus, is described. A study on the reasons some women over 30 decide to pursue medical careers is presented and ways that their motivations differ from those of younger female or male medical students are explored.
