This study investigates the value of a potential moderator variable, student self-evaluation of previous academic effort, in increasing the validity of prediction of academic performance. The results of this study concluded that stability in a personality type was strongly influenced by the number of jobs available in a particular personality type and the structure of the labor market demand.
