Students tend to evaluate those activities in which they participated on the college campus as being important to their life satisfaction, i.e., extracurricular activities for leaders, academics for nonleaders. (KR)

To study organized student activities, between late 1975 and early 1977 conversations were held at 41 colleges and universities with staff and students most directly concerned with student activities.
