Surveyed 80 Black adults to measure knowledge and attitudes about mental health agencies and counselors and recommend strategies for better mental health service delivery. Findings suggested Blacks know the locations of some agencies and are familiar with their services, although 90 percent had never used them. Most had positive attitudes. (JAC)

This report on current uses of microcomputers in instruction at Palatine High School, a suburban Chicago public secondary school, presents and discusses the results of a survey of the high school's faculty concerning their use of microcomputers as instructional aids. Uses bibliometric techniques in the development of a model of the distribution of demand for items in an information store. A followup study of John Nason's book on presidential assessment shows that the process is an educational experience for the governing board. It was found that the book had been widely used.
