School Psychology Review, 1981
School psychologists need to be aware of indicators of possible child abuse or neglect, and of their professional and legal responsibilities to report suspected incidents. The school psychologist should assist in the prevention and treatment of school age children abuse and neglect. (Author/RL)

Investigated psychologists' judgments of the accuracy of clients' attributions for presenting problems. Clinicians did not differ in estimate of accuracy based on whether attributions were internal or external, but female clinicians were more likely to judge client attributions as accurate.
