Teacher training colleges and universities in the United Kingdom supported preservice and inservice training for teachers of gifted children in response to a questionnaire of the National Association for Gifted Children. This study investigated a practical staff-development process and reporting system designed to enable counselors to be accountable for their programs with a minimum of work.
