Linear structural relations (LISREL) analysis was used to examine causal models of employment outcomes for 380 vocational rehabilitation clients. Goodness-of-fit indices indicated that a simplified model, in which Opportunity Structure was eliminated, yielded the best-fitting model with the lowest average residual size. (Author/ABB)
