Examines teachers' perceptions of the behavioral and emotional characteristics of Asian students vis-a-vis White students at elementary and secondary school levels. Findings indicated that there were ethnic differences which favor Asian students in the teachers' educational expectations. Findings and implications are discussed. (Author/DB)
