Comparisons for Minnesota's class of 1977 supported the hypothesis that clinical pharmacy students become more receptive to pharmacy administrations skills and services as they gain clinical experience, especially in consultation services. Four years of experience with an undergraduate program in a new community-based medical school are described in which students are involved over a two-and-a-half year period in the delivery of primary care in rural and semi-rural community health centers.
