Studied the similarity of the astronomy portion in five science textbooks at the fourth through sixth grade levels by comparing students' responses to text authors' requirements. Concluded that the texts had more in common across grade levels than within grade levels. (CC)

Six hundred and six essays written during 1969 and 1970 are compared in terms of the main themes or events described; the pupils individually chose to write on either the topic of What happened on Saturday night' or My Street.' (JM)

In response to article by William Coulson in this issue, the author explores the possibility of a T group with a specific group focus rather than one which seeks to explore individual behaviors. He feels differences of opinion regarding the use of groups is a step toward understanding how best to proceed in the future. (CJ)
