All-women's leadership programs support the advancement of women's leadership abilities and increase the possibilities for promotion. Military leadership programs are comprehensive, and students depart with lifelong appreciation for high morals, respect for ethical standards, and well-defined leadership practices. This generic qualitative inquiry expands the literature to illustrate the effects of an all-women's leadership military program on its graduates, and the application of knowledge gained within their career advancement. An inherent limitation in the study was the lack of leadership literature about all-women's military leadership programs. This study relied on the foundation that women in leadership position are important to public and private sectors and can increase productivity within the workforce, when offered foundational leadership training an opportunity. Ensuring women are obtaining the training and foundational structures for career enhancement is important for growth of the individual as well as the organization. Fourteen graduates from an all-women's undergraduate military program participated in the study. By way of interviews, the data was collected, and a thematic analysis was conducted to determine reoccurring themes. Six themes emerged: (a) confidence; (b) leadership, (c), communication, (d) importance of friendships, (e), teamwork, and (f) bearing.
