Progress in meeting project objectives, statistics, and information gathered from an evaluation questionnaire are reported. Objectives in the following areas are listed with a brief summary of activities for that year: (1) Administrative; (2) Reference; (3) Media; (4) Staff Development; and (5) Public Relations.
