Accountability: Seeking Justice in Designs
Educational Linguistics
Analogies of the juridical in the technical sphere allow conceptualizations of how our designs do justice to the language abilities being measured, facilitating improvement of the planned arrangements we make. Juridical anticipations within the technical sphere function on the norm side of the latter as requirements to correct aberrations in factual designs. On the factual side, the analysis shows how our designs enable individual language ability to come into its own. Factual designs must be rectified to eliminate injustices, degradations, or corruption of plans. Finally, the analysis will demonstrate the importance of being accountable for our language intervention designs.
